Term-time grievance urgent action required

If you work term-time only and you are a UNISON member, this affects you!

UNISON’s legal team have advised the branch that members who work term-time only and are paid through St Helens Council will need to fill in a UNISON legal case form. The case forms are available from the branch office.

The deadline is relatively short to submit your form, so don’t delay!

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS / INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR LEGAL CASE FORM

Wage slips (minimum of 1 year / maximum of 3 years).
Dates of continuous service.
Salary grade.
Contract of Employment.

WITHOUT THE ABOVE INFORMATION, YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

If you need anything copied, please contact staff in the branch office as soon as possible and well before the deadline.

In advance of the scheduled meetings you can also collect a legal case form from the branch office to complete and return it back to us with the relevant documents before the 25 September 2019 deadline.

The following meetings have been arranged for you to discuss the claim and complete the legal case form.

Remember, NO FORM, NO CLAIM!

We would ask all our members to inform their UNISON colleagues or they will miss out! Please come along to one of the meetings below to ensure your claim is fully registered on the appropriate form and not out of time.
