Local Government Employees
If you work for St Helens Council, you should in the first instance contact your line manager to discuss your query. They should then contact the HR Department of the Council for advice and come back to you.
If you do not get a or are unhappy with the response, please email your query to all of the following email addresses, marked either “Corona virus – notification” or “Corona virus – advice needed“:

You should then receive a response from the Council about your query. If you are unhappy with the response, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will action it further on your behalf.
Private Sector Employees
If you work for any other employer than St Helens Council, please email the Branch directly at email@example.com with your query and we will deal with it on your behalf.
