Are you due outstanding pay following the NJC 2023 pay settlement?


NJC staff who have left their employment during the 2023 pay claim negotiations are entitled to outstanding pay.

The Council will not be contacting ex-employees about this matter.

To claim you MUST send an email to to alert them of your claim. In the email you should inform them of the date you officially left.

If you didn’t work for St Helens Council but, were employed on NJC terms, you should contact the appropriate person responsible for payroll where you were employed.

If you left after the 1 April 2023, depending, when you finished work, you should be entitled to receive some of the outstanding pay.
