Are you due back pay following the NJC 2021 pay settlement?

NJC staff who have left their employment during the 2021/22 pay claim negotiations are entitled to back pay.

The Council will not be contacting ex-employees about this matter.

To claim you should send an email to to alert him of your claim. In the email you should inform him of the date you officially left. If in doubt, please phone through to the branch office to discuss.

If you left after the 1 April 2021, depending when you finished work, you should be entitled to receive some of the back pay.
